HDC Purpose and Mission
The JYH Hockey Development Committee (HDC) is responsible for all on-ice and off-ice player development, coaching development and parent education. The objective of the HDC is to build an infrastructure that will consistently develop players and teams that will produce to the best of their abilities and continue to attract athletes from the area to participate. The mission of the HDC is a combination of developing top athletes to push them to their potential, while also providing a recreational option for less competitive players. The HDC will create an environment that encourages development and education of JYH coaches, players and parents.
