Hockey Rocks
Each year, JYH hosts a fun and competitive 8U hockey tournament. It will be hosted in the Woodman's Sports & Convention Center. We offer five divisions in the Red, White, Blue, Girl's White, and Girl's Blue divisions. Each division consists of 8 teams and has a 3 game guarantee. Our tournament will be February 5th thru February 7th 2027.

Hotels
We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venue. It is required that all teams traveling to this event reserve their hotel accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMS. Thank you for your cooperation.

When can I register my team? Registration will be open by October 1st, 2025. Please check back periodically for your opportunity to register.
How much does the tournament cost per team? $500 per team
Do I need a certified USA Hockey Roster? Yes, upon registering your team you will need to provide a team roster.
Will there be an opportunity to purchase Hockey Rocks Tournament apparel? Yes. Once registered, an apparel link will be sent to each team for the opportunity to order Hockey Rocks Tournament apparel.
What does my team get for the $500 team entry fee? Each team will have an opportunity to win a trophy for 1st and 2nd place. Each player will either receive a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, consolation championship, or participation medal. Each team will get 3 game guarantee. Hockey Rocks also offers fun off ice activities like 50/50 raffle, sucker pull, raffle baskets and much more!
