2026-2027 Committees
We are seeking volunteers to serve on several standing committees. These committees will play a vital role in supporting key areas such as communication, events, sponsorships, equipment, tournaments, and more.
The following committees are currently seeking volunteers:
- Marketing & Communications Committee
- Promotes the mission and activities of JYH through branding, public relations, social media, website content, and community outreach.

- Fundraising & Events Committee
- Plans and executes fundraising efforts and events that support the financial health of JYH and foster community spirit.

- Sponsorship Committee
- Builds relationships with local businesses and organizations to secure sponsorships and donations that support tournaments, events, and seasonal needs.

- Equipment Committee
- Manages the inventory, distribution, and collection of association-owned equipment to ensure safety and organization throughout the season.

- Tournaments Committee
- Coordinates the planning and operation of home tournaments, including scheduling, registration, volunteers, and promotion.

- Recruitment & Retention Committee
- Focuses on growing player participation and maintaining engagement by welcoming new families, hosting events, and building community connections.
