Girls Hockey

JYH is committed to growing the game of girls hockey in our community and beyond. JYH is offering a free skills clinic every Wednesday in the month of August. All area girls with previous travel hockey experience are encouraged to participate. This free skills clinic will feature on ice coaching instruction from former UW Badger Women's players and Beloit College Women's Head Coach as special guest coaches. If my player does not have travel hockey experience, are there other free all girls hockey opportunities?

Yes! JYH is offering an all girls Try Hockey for Free program that also runs every Wednesday in August. The time is from 5-6pm (hour before the all girls skills clinic). You can sign up at https://tryhockeyforfree.com/event_detail/4977

Will my hockey player receive a jersey for the clinic?

No. The girls are free to wear their own jerseys for the clinic.

Does my hockey player have to be to every night of skills clinic?

No, you may attend as many nights as you are available.

Does my player have to be a member of JYH to participate?

No. JYH wishes to extend an invitation to all female hockey players who wish to participate.
